1. About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses KeySportsBooking to browse venues or make a booking. This is a local development deployment and the content here is illustrative.

2. Bookings

A booking is a contract between you and the venue. KeySportsBooking provides the platform used to make it. Each venue sets its own approval, payment and cancellation policies, which are shown to you before you confirm.

3. Mobile verification

We verify your mobile number with a one-time code so venues can contact you and so you can retrieve your bookings. Verification confirms your number - it is not confirmation of the booking itself.

4. Payments

Where a venue requires payment, the amount and deadline are displayed before you submit. In this development environment all payments are simulated and no money changes hands.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation windows and refund percentages are set per venue and shown on the facility page and in your booking details.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, make bookings you do not intend to honour, or access information belonging to other players.
