What we collect

To make a booking we collect your name and mobile number. An email address and booking notes are optional. We record which venue, court and time you booked.

Why we collect it

Your name and number let the venue identify and contact you about your booking, and let you retrieve your bookings later with a one-time code.

Verification codes

One-time codes are stored as hashes, never as plain text, and expire after a short period.

Sharing with venues

The venue you book with can see the details needed to honour that booking. Venues cannot see bookings you made elsewhere.

Retention

Booking records are retained so you and the venue have an accurate history. You can ask for your details to be removed by contacting support.

Local development note

This deployment runs locally against a development database and contains sample data only.
